But there’s still a major barrier. For stablecoin payments to work, both sides need to be aligned on the stablecoin + blockchain they’re using. The problem is, one party might not even be using stablecoins or might prefer a different stablecoin and blockchain. This means one party often has to sacrifice their preferred currency or method, leading to extra fees, delayed payments and even strained client relationships.

Today, we’re turning your preferred payment method—whether it’s USDC-SOL directly to your Phantom wallet, EUR to your Revolut account, or USDT-ETH to your exchange account—into a flexible one when you send your invoices on Acctual. Clients can choose to pay in any stablecoin, any network or even fiat currency and you get paid where you want it. We don’t store or hold your funds, and there’s no need for a separate account. You just get paid how and where you want.

Getting started

You can create your free account here. Complete the onboarding and navigate to the Invoices page. Click to create your first invoice at the top right and fill out your invoice details.

Once you reach the ‘Payment details’ section, add your preferred method of payment. If this is your first time, you will be asked to verify your information (takes just a few minutes). Once approved, your payment method will support up to 15 different ways of getting paid.

We currently support (Fiat: USD, EUR) (Stables: USDT, USDC, DAI & PYUSD) for the flexible payment feature. However, you can also add other methods of payment on your invoice as well.

Getting paid

Once you send the invoice, your client receives an email with an invoice payment link. They can choose from several payment options, like this:

As soon as they send payment, you will be paid directly to the wallet or bank account you specified, same day. Acctual will send a receipt to your customer and you will be notified that your client has paid. All while keeping track of this for you:

Beyond invoices

We know you don’t always send invoices. Maybe you’re getting paid through Upwork, PayPal, Fiverr or somewhere else. Our flexible payment options still work, so you always get paid how and where you want. 

Go to our Payments page to add a flexible payment option:

Specify where you want to receive funds and we will generate up to 15 different ways for clients to send you money - including USD, EUR and stablecoins on multiple chains.

After creation, copy the specific payment instructions to share with your clients or add them to the platforms you use.

How much does it cost?

Acctual charges a simple 1% fee for enabling flexible payment options. This covers the cost of giving your clients multiple ways to pay—whether in stablecoins on different blockchains or in fiat currencies. We make sure you get paid directly to your preferred wallet or bank account. We never hold your funds, so your money always goes where you want it.

How does it work?

Tell us how you want to get paid, we generate up to 15 ways for your client to pay. You don’t need to manage any of these wallets or bank accounts—they’re just there for your client to use. Once the payment is received, it’s instantly converted to your preferred method and sent directly to your wallet or account.

What stablecoins and fiat currencies do you support?

USDC (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Stellar, Avalanche), USDT (Ethereum, Tron), DAI (Ethereum), PYUSD (Solana, Ethereum), USD (ACH, Wire), EUR (SEPA) and more soon.

Is it really same day?

Yes, in most cases. However, if your client pays in USD (ACH) or if you receive USD (ACH), it may take 1-3 days to arrive in your account.

Where can I use Acctual?

We aim to make Acctual available in most countries around the world, except those under OFAC sanctions or similar restrictions. In the United States, our service isn’t available for customers whose primary address is in New York, Florida, Alaska or Louisiana. For businesses, if your main operating address is in one of these restricted states, our service cannot be provided—even if you’re incorporated or bank elsewhere.
